Maddie Week 5

Saturday 5/2 - She did it again! Maddie slept from about 10:45/11 - 6am! Yeah for 7 hrs straight!! Of course mom didn't sleep through the night, as Sydney woke up at 1am with her cheek hurting (prob an ear infection). Luckily Sydney woke up in the AM and was feeling fine, so we headed to Baker Park for a fun morning of playing.

Sunday 5/3 - 1 month old today and she did it again! She slept from 10-6 last night. This girl is a rock star and mom totally appreciates it as daddy left for Germany yesterday. Mom is a little worried about the week alone, but luckily Grandma Ruth came down today! Sydney had a birthday party for our neighbor girl Reese and it looked like they had so much fun getting their hair, makeup and nails done and then dressing up and doing a runway show.

Thursday 5/7 - Daddy made it home from Germany and Sydney had her Kindergarten orientation at Kimberly Lane and she had so much fun. She ran in to so many friends and got to do a scavenger hunt to meet all the teachers and see all the fun rooms. She is so excited!! After the welcome night we took Syd out to sushi at Sushi Fix and had such a fun time. And of course we had to finish the night off with ice cream at Ben and Jerry's.
