Madeline - 6 Months Old!

Little Miss Maddie is 6 months old!! It's so cleshay, but it has gone so fast! She is now sitting up, loves to smile, can get where she wants (even without crawling yet), blows raspberries and enjoys chewing/playing with all her little baby toys. Along with these awesome gross motor milestones, comes not sleeping quite so great. Mom is confident she will get back to sleeping like dad, but Maddie loves to snuggle in bed with Mom in the early AM hours and would probably happy to keep things the way they are ;)

Here are the stats from Madeline's 6 month checkup (10/12/15):
Height: 26" (54% percentile)... I think they were a little off, I think she is taller
Weight: 18 lbs (82% percentile)
Head Circumference: 17" (67% percentile)

Maddie Week 26

What a fun week! On Friday we had dinner with the Hawkins, Saturday the big girls had Haley and Finley's birthday party at Skyzone and on Sunday we had breakfast out and then had a picnic at Weaver Lake Park to enjoy the warm weather.

Sydney had her 1st school field trip to Apple Jack Orchards and Mom was lucky enough to get to go along as a chaperon.

Madeline had a big week with sitting up on her own on 9/26 and having her 1st solid food (steamed carrots) on the 9/2.

And most importantly Lexi turned 4!!!

Alexis - 4 Years Old!

Our sassy and sweet Alexis Evelyn is 4! It is hard to believe how incredibly fast it has gone and even harder to imagine what life was like without her! She keeps us on our toes, challenges us daily and gives us so much love! The best part of my day is when she walks into our bedroom in the morning; all sleepy, still in her PJ's and caring her blankie and stuffed animal. She couldn't be any cuter and couldn't be much more spunky either ;) Happiest of Birthday's to Lexi Lou!!

Height: 40.25" (63% percentile)

Weight: 35 lbs (51% percentile)

Maddie Week 25

Busy week! On Friday morning we had the Coyote Dash fundraiser for Sydney's school and then went right to Lexi's preschool for a picnic and a concert by the Teddy bear Band. Over the weekend we went to the Apple Orchard and during the week Lexi had a playdate with Oliva and then went swimming with Zach at his hotel's pool. It was a great week, except poor little Madeline got her 1st cold on September 24th :(

Maddie Week 24

Josh has been in Colorado hunting for 10 days and got back Saturday! This weekend we had Jane's 5th birthday party at Skyrock Farm and Lexi had her 1st day of both blocktime and preschool!
