I'm so behind in posting that I cannot really recall what happened back in Janurary, but here is one of Sydney's funny moments:

We were eating breakfast one morning and Syndey goes "Hmmm needs mustard"
Mom - Recognizing that its a quote asks Sydney what is that from?
Sydney -That's from " Pigeon Finds a Hot Dog"
Then she starts laughing as she knows she is funny. She is just like her dad, quoting lines from books and movies with that crazy good memory.

Sydney 3rd Birthday Party

Our little superstar turned three on January 25th and we had a huge party with friends and family to celebrate on the 26th. It was a dance party themed event featuring a kids DJ in our sport court. Mom decorated with silhouettes of dancing kids, records and balloons. We munched on homemade soups, sandwiches and healthy snacks and then the kids were let loose to tear up the dance floor. They had a great time dancing with the lights off, using hula-hoops and playing silly games. After the dance party was over; we sang Happy Birthday, enjoyed Amy's flour-less chocolate cake with fresh whipped cream and then opened presents. Sydney had the time of her life and we had so much fun watching her dance and be silly!

Sydney 3 Years Old!

It seems like just yesterday we were anxiously awaiting Sydney's arrival and now it seems unimaginable to recall what life was like before she joined us. Her big eyes, bright smile and giggle make everyday such a joy. She is so bright and articulate and just a pleasure to be around. Her memory is amazing and she has the cutest sense of humor! Sydney loves school, gymnastics, dance and music class. It is so fun to hear Sydney make up songs, show off her dance moves and recite lines from her favorite books and movies. These past three years have taught us so much and we have loved every minute. We are so blessed to have her in our lives! She is a true joy and we thank God every day for her!!

Alexis - 15 Months

Our little girls is quite the monkey! Her favorite pastime is climbing on everything: end tables, lego table, boxes, etc. She is starting to communicate more, but definitely understands almost everything. Lots of head nodding and shaking it no. She keeps us on our toes and is so sweet and cute!
